This is a combined instruction. We locate the subject with a Desktop Trace, then run a full Asset Trace on the address we find — one form, one fee, one report.

Bought separately, a Desktop Trace (£35 + VAT) and an Asset Trace (£50 + VAT) come to £85 + VAT. This combined service is £80 + VAT.

No trace, no fee. The trace comes first and gates the whole instruction. If we cannot locate the subject, the result is negative in full — you will not receive an asset report, and there is nothing to pay.
