Bought separately, a Desktop Trace (£35 + VAT) and a Background Report (£25 + VAT) come to £60 + VAT. This combined service is £55 + VAT.

No trace, no fee. The trace comes first and gates the whole instruction. If we cannot locate the subject, the result is negative in full — you will not receive a due diligence report, and there is nothing to pay.
